Travel to Pula with car

If you come to Istria by car from the western direction, from Slovenia, you'll go through one of three road border crossings: Plovanija-Secovlje, Kastel-Dragonja or Pozane-Socerga. For your pleasant journey through Istria still available to you Istrian semi-highway Ypsilon that leads to Pula also. Entering Ypsilon from direction of the eastern Croatian highways from Zagreb or Split to Rijeka and passing through the tunnel Ucka quickly come to Pula. Pula is about 130km from Rijeka.

Pula has its own airport. Pula airport is only 5 km from the city center to which you will always be easily reached by taxi, bus or organized transport. Near is also the international airport Vrsar, airport with acceptance of small aircraft.

Travel to Pula with train

If you arrive by train, you can reach Pula with the following regular lines:

Ljubljana (SLO) - Divaca (SLO) - Buzet (HR) - Pula (HR)

Zagreb (HR) - Rijeka (HR) - Pazin (HR) - Pula (HR)

Other stations in Istria: Kanfanar, Pazin and Rijeka which connects Istria with other Croatian counties.
