Travel to Korcula with car

To arrive by car to the island of Korcula, you must reach some of the ferry ports that lead to the island.

If you are coming from Zagreb, the best way is that you go to the city of Rijeka and then with Jadrolinija ferry to the island of Korcula.

If you came through Istria in Croatia, city Rijeka is also the nearest port.


Other ferry port, which have connection with the island of Korcula are Drvenik, Ston, Orebic.

Travel to Korcula with bus

Korcula Island is not directly linked with bus lines with European cities.

There is a direct bus line from the cities Rijeka, Zagreb and Dubrovnik.

Rijeka, Zagreb and Dubrovnik are connected by bus lines to all major European cities.

Travel to Korcula with boat

If you arrive on the island of Korcula with own boat, the island of Korcula has ACI Marina Korcula and marina Lucica Lumbarda.

If you want to get to the island of Korcula wit ferry lines we recommend route from Ancona (Italy) to Split.

Another option is a boat line Jadrolinija: Rijeka - Zadar - Split - Stari Grad (Hvar) - Korcula Island

Other local ferry and catamaran lines are in Orebic, Ploce - Trpanj, Prapratno, Split and Dubrovnik.

Travel to Korcula with plane


The nearest airport to the island of Korcula is in Cilipi near the town of Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik is connected by ferry and bus lines and taxi with Korcula from which you can continue the way to the island of Korcula.

The second airport is located in Split, from which you can also with boat and bus or taxi line get to the island of Korcula.
