Labin is divided into two parts: the old part of Labin, which is located on a hill and a new part of Labin, which is located in the foothills. The old part of Labin provides a view of the tourist town Rabac, island Cres and near areas of city Labin.
Very well known event is Labin Art Republic when are held series cultural, entertainment and other events. This cultural event takes place during July and August.
Labin Tourist Board also offers a wonderful „Night tour of the city“ - every Tuesday in the 7th and 8 month. Walk begins at 21:30 in front of the Tourist info point community in the old town. Professional guide in several languages takes you on a tour and recounts the history of the city through the stories and legends. Walk ends at 23:30 when we socialize with soft music and a glass of homemade brandy.
Your free time can also be used to visit the National Museum and other galleries with permanent exhibitions.
For those who prefer an active vacation, the city of Labin offers courts for basketball, soccer, tennis, handball, volleyball, underwater diving and going fishing, riding, cycling, walking and hiking or going hunting.
