Brela is situated about 15 kilometers north-west of Makarska. Because of the dense pine forests and long sandy beaches and fresh water, for decades Brela has had an important role in Makarska Riviera tourism.The town is situated on the coast between a mountain Bikovo and the island of Brac. History about Brela
