In Medulin is also a large number of sports facilities for tennis and soccer and also a golf court. A large number of trails are ideal for walking or biking. Medulin Municipality is a municipality with coastal area of 29.35km2, with about 6 500 people in eight villages located mainly along the coast. These are: Medulin, Premantura, Banjole, Pomer, Vinkuran, Vintijan, Valbonasa and Pjescana uvala.

Medulin area was inhabited in prehistoric times that shows the remains of settlements built stone walls on a hill and surrounded by concentric circles. Romans also recognizing the natural beauty of this region, there built their summer homes from which one is built 4000 years BC and is located on a peninsula Vizuli.
